Individual runners and walkers are welcome to this 5K run/walk event. All participants will be timed using the latest technology by Yankee Timing Company All will be treated to a terrific post-race celebration.

Safe Stations is a nationally recognized program. Each station is a designated safe environment for individuals seeking assistance and looking for treatment for substance misuse. They provide an opportunity to start on the path to recovery, any time, day or night. Each person will be provided transportation to an appropriate level medical facility. This is the connection to recovery, and when ready, they are there to help.

Bib pick up Sunday, race day 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 at Stellos Stadium
The course includes traffic controlled roads near Stellos Stadium, Conway Arena, Nashua High School South, and through the impressive scenics trails of Mine Falls Park, Nashua, NH. It is 40% paved and 60% hard packed forest/park roads. The race follows a 5K (3.1-mile) loop, starting and finishing in front of Stellos Stadium. The wheel-measured course is relatively flat. All corners and mile markers are well marked with race marshals in key locations.
|Age Groups:||Top three overall women and men AND top three in each of these age groups: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.|
|Directons and Parking:||
The race starts and finishes at Stellos Stadium just off West Hollis Street near Exit 5 off Route 3 in Nashua, NH. The registration tent is a large tent in front of the stadium. We urge you to consider car-pooling or other alternative transportation. There is ample parking in the vicinity of the race and within short walking distance.
